Race Computer Services provides technology solutions including but not limited to: laptop and desktop repair, CCTV installation and maintenance, Tally Prime accounting software setup and support, printer sales and repair, networking solutions, custom PC builds, on-site home service, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and computer accessories sales. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
When you book an on-site service visit through our website or by phone, a service charge may apply. This charge will be communicated to you before the visit is confirmed. Our technician will diagnose the issue and provide a cost estimate for repairs. No repair work will begin without your explicit approval of the estimate. If you decline the repair after diagnosis, only the visit/diagnosis charge will apply.
All products sold by Race Computer Services are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Race Computer Services is an authorized ASUS dealer, and ASUS products carry the standard ASUS India warranty. Products must be returned with original packaging and invoice for warranty claims. Physical damage, water damage, and software issues caused by the user are not covered under warranty.
Repair services carried out by Race Computer Services carry a service warranty of 30 days from the date of repair, unless a different warranty period is specified on the service invoice. This warranty covers the same issue that was repaired. It does not cover new issues, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will repair it at no additional labor charge.
All prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of purchase or service. We accept payment via Cash, UPI, Credit Card, and Debit Card. For on-site services, payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. For product orders, advance payment may be required for special orders or high-value items.
On-site service bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before may incur a cancellation fee. For product purchases, refunds are available only for defective products within 7 days of purchase, subject to manufacturer warranty terms. Repair services once completed are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a repair, please contact us within 7 days and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
You agree not to: (a) use our website for any unlawful purpose, (b) submit false or misleading information in service requests or orders, (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, (d) use our services to distribute malware or harmful content, (e) impersonate any person or entity, or (f) interfere with the proper functioning of our website. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Race Computer Services or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. The Race Computer name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Race Computer Services. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written permission.
Race Computer Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question. We are not responsible for data loss during repairs — we recommend that you back up your data before submitting any device for service.

While we take reasonable care during repairs, Race Computer Services is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We strongly recommend that customers back up all important data, files, and documents before submitting any device for repair. We can provide data backup services upon request at an additional charge.
